Ihr Debüt Album »Portraits« ist ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie Metalcore klingen SOLLTE und präsentiert eine Brillanz, die so meist nur von deutlich älteren, erfahreneren Bands erwartet wird.

Mit ihrem Fokus, der gleichermaßen auf Härte, wie auf Melodien liegt, haben BURY TOMORROW einen Sound erschaffen, der genau so zerstörerisch, wie eingängig ist. In einem Genre voller überzogener, gleichklingender Bands, die Gesang mit Geschrei zu einem identischen Ergebnis verbinden, bilden BURY TOMORROW eine erfrischende Ausnahme. Ihre Melodien sind reich und ungestüm, Gitarrist Jason Cameron intoniert die klassische 80er-Stadion-Rock-Atmosphäre, während dem geneigten Zuhörer bei Frontmann Dani, mit seinem monströsen Organ und den absolut tighten Riffs der Band, das Wasser im Mund zusammenläuft.

Nach zahllosen Touren an der Seite von Acts wie WHILE SHE SLEEPS, OF MICE & MEN, ASKING ALEXANDRIA und vielen mehr, sind BURY TOMORROW voller Inbrunst ins Studio zurückgekehrt, um an ihrem Nachfolgewerk »The Union Of Crowns« zu arbeiten. Auf der Grundlage, die sie mit »Portraits« erschufen, haben sie jeden Aspekt ihres Sounds weiterentwickelt und so ist »The Union Of Crowns« bis an den Rand vollgepackt mit ansteckenden Hooks und großartigen Breaks.

Um das schwergewichtete Thema Monarchie bewegen sich die Songs, sowohl in metaphorischen, als auch wortwörtlichen Szenarien. Dies ist ein BURY TOMORROW Album, das deutlich dunkler, härter und fokussierter ausfällt, aber dennoch ein gutes Gespür für Melodien beweist.

Auf dem Livesektor konnte die Truppe mit ihrem herausragenden Set beim Download Festival 2013 einen großen Schritt nach vorne und sich als Band einen Namen machen. Direkt im Anschluss folgten die Openerslots auf der Mainstage in Reading und Leeds sowie eine ausverkaufte UK-Headliner-Tour.

Mit einem Arsenal an neuen Stücken in der Hand, machte sich die Band direkt an die Aufnahmen zu dem, was Album Nummer 3 werden sollte. Als Produzent wurde Mike Curtis in den CDS Studios verpflichtet, während sich Will Putney (UPON A BURNING BODY, MISS MAY I, THY ART IS MURDER) als Mischer verantwortlich zeigt.

Zum neuen Opus sagt Sänger Daniel Winter-Bates “»Runes« ist das Album, das wir immer machen wollten und wir können es kaum erwarten, dass alle es hören. Von »Union Of Crowns« (2012) ausgehend, haben wir versucht, unsere Lieblingsära des Metalcore einzufangen und diese mit dem zu vermischen, was das Genre heute ausmacht. Es ist ein schnelleres Album mit mehr Aggression, aber es klingt immer noch nach uns, wir könnten kaum stolzer darauf sein!“
2014 scheint das Durchbruchjahr für BURY TOMORROW zu werden.

Taking on the music industry with their own unique sound, Australian rock band Hands Like Houses has spent the last 3 years bringing their powerful, high-energy brand of music and live shows to an increasing fan base across Australia, the US, Europe and the UK.

Emerging from school-based friendships as the boys grew up together in Canberra, Australia, Hands Like Houses officially formed in 2008. Catching the eye of US independent label Rise Records, the band was quickly signed and released their long anticipated debut album ‘Ground Dweller’ in March, 2012.

Their distinctive style launched them onto the Billboard Heatseekers chart at number 2, and number 141 on the Billboard Top 200, garnering widespread acclaim and legions of devoted followers. Since then, Hands Like Houses have been hitting the road hard. They’ve crossed the US several times over, trekked across Europe, Canada, and the UK, as well as touring on their home soil back in Australia - and the road has only been getting bigger and better. In 2013 their second album Unimagine debuted at number 37 on the overall billboard charts, number 6 on the Indie charts, and number 3 of the Hard Rock charts where the band took their well-deserved place alongside classic icons such as Black Sabbath and new age superstar Taylor Swift.

Hands Like Houses jumped on full US and UK/Europe tours to support hot commodities such as Pierce the Veil and Sleeping With Siren, as well as playing the entire US and Australian 2013 Vans Warped Tours - and 2014 is proving they have no intention of slowing down. So far they've continued traveling coast to coast in the US, UK and Europe, delivering strings of sold-out shows all around the world as they headline and play alongside some of the other great names in music, and they’re not finished yet. The remainder of 2014 will see Hands Like Houses taking their high-impact music and live shows to more countries, and more continents, right up until December 2014.
