Schätze im Buchmuseum

Die SLUB ist nicht nur ein Ort zum Lernen oder um Seminararbeiten zu schreiben, sondern hält auch spannende Schätze bereit! Am Freitag, 19. Januar 2018, entdecken wir bei einer Führung die Räume der Bibliothek, die man normalerweise nicht aufsucht. Wertvolle Bücher und Schriften aus der ganzen Welt könnt ihr aus der Nähe sehen – u.a. Luthers Handschriften, den Maykakodex und einen antiken Reisekoran.

Treasury of the SLUB

The SLUB is not only a place to prepare for exams or for writing papers. In its treasure chamber you can discover fascinating and precious books. Take a break from studying, on Friday, January 19th 2018, and accompany us on a guided tour of the book museum - rooms of the library, that you probably haven’t seen before! They preserve treasures from all over the world – amongst others Martin Luther’s scripts, the Maya Codex and an ancient travel Quran.
